I got the device installed and it worked fine. However, when I went to listen to my radio it would not work. Then I had to take back to fix the radio. They said it was fixed. So I went to leave, the radio worked but the device did not work. I just pulled the vehicle back in so they could fix while I was there. I was there a total of 3 hours that day. Then they messed up some brackets on my air bags and had to order them. They said they would call and let me know when to bring it back for them to fix. 2 weeks later I called them because they had not called me. They had forgot.
