Installed in reasonable time. Looked good when done.

The only thing that bothered me about this was that the panel underneath my steering wheel came off a couple hours after installation. Not a biggie. Took them over an hour which I didn't mind since I had to do some shopping anyway!

The installation was completed very well and the equipment works, however I had to wait almost two hours AFTER my appointment time before the installation even started.

Hi, I got the service for install a AUX line to my car. But after service, my car's 3 speakers isn't work(Driver's Left, Rear Left and Right) I don't know what happened?? Also, why mechanic keep made sign in front of me? it was really made me so uncomfortable and that's why I don't visit again after I knew about speakers inoperates.

The installer worked quick and was finished with the install quicker than my expectations.

Wanted option to play music off my iPhone and this product seemed like the most viable option. The price in store was apparently $150 for the product and $50 for Geek Squad installation. I found this out upon trying to return the product after installing it myself and being charged for the in-store installation. After about 2 hours of getting the product installed, the product worked. The product had trouble reading my iPhone nearly every time. I started following a pattern of playing the music, then plugging in and it worked for a few days before it didn't recognize it at all. I was able to take out the system the next weekend and returned it to the store. I was two days late to receive my refund back in cash and only got in store credit. All in all a horrible, misinformed experience.

a little more costly than i wanted to pay the sound is not as good as i exspected

I have a 2006 g35 and it has a stock bose cd deck I wanted a aux hook up so talk to a best buy sales rep.. Recommended this item since I was using my iphone to play music from. I don't if its the installer hooked it up wrong, but when my vehicle was done the installer had showed me how to function the aux and other input. I like the fact that it charged my phone while playing songs. The item had 2 ways u can use that will feed the music to the speakers.. I normally don't blast my system, but I had some friends in my car one night I tried to show off and turned up the volume. Not expecting for it to be a lot lower volume than my stock CD player at max volume.. I paid $200! For this and my cousin tape/aux from walmart for $5 sounds freaken a whole lot better than mine! so it's not always "what u pay for is what u get!"

I was hoping to get a permanent smartphone/mp3 interface in my 2003 Cadillac CTS. But after bringing my car in to BestBuy to get it put in, the installer really didn't know what to do besides buy something off the shelf in the store. It was not a permanent fix, just a device that plugged into the cigarette lighter socket. It was not what I thought I was buying. The installer did refund my money but I was very disappointed that I didn't get what I thought I was buying. Smartphone/MP3 Interface Installation.

I had a Bluetooth installed in my HHR. I do not use it often because of the noise it makes when not in use or when there is no music playing. The buzzing sound drives me crazy.

The tech you sent did not like the job you sent her on. Beneath her. She was a home theater person. Because of that she did a horrible job. Didn’t understand that you have to set up the phone on modem. Didn’t want to set up printer. Ran out of the house without a good bye. Don’t send her on these jobs. Not fair to me. You get no satisfaction from me!!!!!!!!!!!

They did an ok job. Took a while, but it worked. Broke a plastic piece on the car. And eventually sound quality got poorl.

Tried many times to arrange an appointment online. However, every time I looked, they were booked out 1-2 months in advance. I even looked at multiple locations with same result. Installed myself without difficulty.

This was to be a auxiliary port that was to be added to the dash. Very nice on the box. What we got is a hole drilled into the dash with a wire sticking out. I saw a vehicle with it ar the San Pedro location. We had ours installed at the Alamo Ranch location.

What should have been 30 minutes turned into a 1 1/2 hour job it would have been longer my son had to take the dash apart for him. And still did not hook up correct

I had to have the product replaced once and taken out the second time. While bestbuy was very accommodating through the process the product doesn't work to well.

I get upset that it always kicks me off by not connecting. It happens all the time so I just give up on using it.
