The price led me to believe this could be better than the toy drones that are less than $100. I was wrong. I spent more time trying to keep this drone connected to the device pad/iPhone iOS (16.x) than enjoying it. After watching a few videos on the troubleshooting of the connection, I threw in the white flag and returned it. The new device I bought (not refurbished) had to be a lemon. I am sure more people enjoyed this brand and model but I never did. I am better of spending a few more $$$ and buy quality.

Also, please refer to the below steps for app connection.
1. Download and install the Snaptain Fly app of the drone into your mobile device from App Store/ Google Play. Please agree all permissions the app needs so that the app could work fine.
2. Turn on the drone firstly. Turn off the phone's mobile data and Bluetooth. And then turn on the Wi-Fi of your phone.
3. Connect the Wi-Fi of the drone name. (When the phone reminds you that the Wi-Fi of the drone has no internet access, please select "connect".(The function of the Wi-Fi is to transmitter the image from the drone to the phone. It's normal that the Wi-Fi of the drone has no access to the internet.)
4. Open the app of the drone and enter the app, then the image of the camera will show on the phone.

Worst buying experience!

Do not buy. You will be able to used for some days. When the 15 days of the return policy are finished, it will not hold charge anymore. Tried to return it and best buy will not receive it back because it’s used ( according to them it has damage on a new unit! ) worst experience buying anything from best buy. I have spend more time on returning and writing emails to the manufacturer than the time I got to use it!!!!!!!

2. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
3. Please kindly use your another Type-C charging cable to have a try.
4. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.
