Worst buying experience!

Do not buy. You will be able to used for some days. When the 15 days of the return policy are finished, it will not hold charge anymore. Tried to return it and best buy will not receive it back because it’s used ( according to them it has damage on a new unit! ) worst experience buying anything from best buy. I have spend more time on returning and writing emails to the manufacturer than the time I got to use it!!!!!!!

2. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).

4. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.

My other drone is from a major drone manufacturer and the cost is indicative of the value you get with a drone. First I felt that the drone feels like a well made product although the drones weight is light enough to where it does not currently require registration, something that a novice or a new drone owner would find interest in. The drone does come with a case and some extra parts like screws and propellors which is nice. First thing to do is to charge up the one batter that comes with it. A full charge takes a few hours and will get you 15-20 min depending on how you fly the drone. Also, make sure your mobile device you're using has a 5g connection. The connection is said to be as far as 2600 feet but I never got that far away due to property issues and worry that connection loss may occur. Also, you'll want to add a micro sd card to the drone to capture higher res photos and video. The drone is relatively easy to use and easy to fly. The interface is self explanatory and works well for a beginner. The app has take off, return to home and other common camera features that come standard on a drone of this level. The drones size had me worried that it wouldn't stay stable while in the air but it did a good job holding stable and not wobbling around. The photos and videos off of the sd card were easy to access once plugged into a laptop. The quality of the video is good but you definitely notice a little bit of shakiness from wind and it is definitely not as smooth as a higher cost drone. The drone has several cool features that may be of some use to users who want some cool video effects such as far fly, helix fly and rocket fly. I had no issues with the GPS or signal for the amount I flew the drone. This is a good drone for a beginner or someone who is looking to see if the hobby is right for them moving forward.

SNAPTAIN-P30 drone
