The flying time of each battery is the hover time of the drone. If the speed of the fly is faster or functions of the drone been activated, the flying time will be reduced. Generally, the original battery supports 20 minutes' fly. Besides, we sell spare batteries for the drone on our official website. You can make a purchase if needed.

P30 is a good product for the money

Therefore you loose some and gain some. P30 is an excellent product at its price. It is functional, 4k xcamera is good, HD option is great and 20minutes flying time isn’t to shabby for a hobbies. It’s thoughtfully packaged in a neat case with extras.

Compass will not calibrate

The only thing is I have only flown it four times and never let the battery go below the third dot I've never crashed nor hit anything, but now for the first time flying it the remote keeps saying open propeller recalibrate compass, well I have recalibrated the several times and it repeating it. So now I'm scared to fly it because of it just taking off by itself or something else to that effect. So I guess I would give it a 50/50 on recommendation to a friend or anyone else. So I'll give it 3 stars since I can't give it 2.5

Only bought this drone to record son's crew practices so he could see form compared to other rowers in the boat to make adjustments and didn't want to risk sinking my DJI since drone would be over the water and I would be piloting from a moving boat. Luckily I did many test flights on land and will not attempt to fly over the water after results. Multiple fly aways, while flying will get an announcement saying to open propeller arms (initiating "return to home", remote and app will show battery in red after 7 minutes or so which also initiates "return to home" which would be fine but actual batteries will be on 3 out of 4 bars of charge (bought a spare battery and it happens on both of them), remove the battery and reinstall and status goes back to green and full. Very disappointed. Snaptain tech support just responds with pre-canned emails about making sure to calibrate etc. all of which were consistently performed before flights. Also bought the Snaptain S5C Pro ($70 toy style drone with stationary camera) which performs much more predictably than the P30. No complaints at all on the S5C except for short battery life, which is normal on the toy drones.

1. Make sure you are using a regular 5V/2A adapter. Please don't use a fast charging power adapter for charging.
2. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
3. Please kindly use your another Type-C charging cable to have a try.
4. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.
