Great beginner drone very easy to understand and learn controls fun for everyone

I bought a drone on 5/5/2025 exactly 10 days ago. I used it for one day as well as possible despite being a low quality drone and the next day the remote control does not link to the drone and the drone stayed with the lights fixed in blue, I spoke to Best Buy but they do not want to return my money since I am in Argentina, so I spoke to Snaptain and they told me that they can return the money since they do not need the drone. I am going to attach the email screenshots and more information. Next year I am going to go to Best Buy again and they are going to have to give me an explanation. I have been a customer for many years since every time I go I buy some things but the truth is that this situation seems shameful to me

I really like the drone it handles very well good pictures but I have purchased a cheaper drone and it went higher then the more expensive but all around very fun

Awesome drone, good quality, and great view. Tried different drones before and none of them were this easy to fly. Battery usage is good compared to others.

What a steal if you get this for cheap buy easy to setup and easy to use for beginners! But crazy how battery life is 20-30 minutes but I get it because the battery isn't big itself.

Excellent toy for my teenager,the instructions was very clear,excellent size if you looking for a fun toy,warning: never used inside the house or closed to little kids is very dangerous.

I bought this as a Christmas present and now I’m going to be buying myself one. It’s super fun to play with in my yard but the wind does blow it around a lot.

I love how it has a safety feature tht wont allow me to fly it unless i swipe to take off n how it wont work indoors helps keep it safe from children flying it . The knoy thing indont likenis the lifespan of the battery wich is only 20 minutes

Picked this up for my daughter, the ease of flying and the quality of filming are great for the price, definitely would recommend ordering another battery

Bought as a Christmas gift. Lots of fun! Instructions have been easy to follow and we’re still learning. Best thing is none of us has flown into anything!!

Good starter drone. It was my first time using a drone and the instructions were very easy to follow and understand. Quality was pretty decent for it's price. Would recommend for beginners.

Love it! Flying is great! The only drawback was it doesn’t have a 3-4 axe gamble. The picture quality was okay for beginners but when you get above one thousand feet you start to have unstable quality in the formation of the pixelated apparatus! Just stay below one thousand feet and you will be fine! The battery life was astounding! I have never had a drone that could fly as lone and as far on one charge as this one did.

Loving my drone! As a new female drone pilot this drone has nice features and easy to use. The camera resolution is quality and takes nice photos! I recommend to anyone wanting to get into drones!
