    I purchased an extra battery. Both Batteries warped and are useless. Drone was stored in a case in a dry cool place.

    Original purchase had a dead motor. Contacted snaptain customer service for a fix. They requested the original drone back and immediately sent a new one. Have had no issues with replacement. Customer service was very easy to work with.
