3. Please try another phone, which is above Android 4.3 or above IOS 8.0. In addition, the SP7100 is a GPS drone, which is 5G Wi-Fi transmission. Please use the phone that it's Wi-Fi band supports 802.11ac.
4. Please try it outdoors and in a non-interference environment, such as outside without high-voltage cables or electronic equipment.

Even slight mid-air contact with obstacles can cause the camera housing to separate from drone and easily be lost. There is an emergency shutoff switch on the controller , situated next to several drone quick conntrol shortcut keys. pressing this Kill switch immediately cuts power to drone motors and drone falls from sky rapidly without warning.
