When the device crashed (on grass) one of the rotoblade arms cracked. For $80 maybe a slightly higher impact quality plastic would be nice? I guess that's what the much more expensive models are for, but honestly seems a bit sus to me that this thing broke so easily.

Regarding the return function, please understand that the return button just makes the drone fly backwards with it taking off as a parallel point. He cannot return the drone to the take-off point.
Only when the direction of the person and the take-off point is consistent, the one-button return of the drone will work.
In other words, if you move or change direction during the flight, you will be confused about this function.

1. Make sure that you are using the 5V/2A adapter. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
2. Please kindly change another original USB charge cable to have a try.
3. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.

Great Beginner Drone

It was hard at first but after about the third day I was flying it like a Pro. Well a good rookie anyway. It was easy to learn to shift it the way you want it to go. Once you learn the feel of the controls it comes easier. It is a good trainer drone. You can not beat the price. So if you want to try a drone this is the one for you. The best feature is the drop button. If the drone starts to get away just hit that button and it drops to the ground right away. I've crashed it many times and it still flies. Get some extra batteries because you will be flying it a lot. The camera works great. This drone gives you a reason to get outdoors and the kids will love it too. A great family hobby to do.

This was my first drone and I absolutely loved it. Even my 6 year old son loves to fly this thing. It’s so easy and so much fun. If your looking for your first drone then this one is perfect. It takes amazing videos and flies smooth as butter.
