      1. Make sure that you are using the 5V/2A adapter. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
      2. Please kindly change another original USB charge cable to have a try.
      3. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.

    Battery doesn't last long, worked for about 3 days then started glitching and flying on it's own.. flew right into my neighbor's backyard. Other than that it does some cool tricks.

    Fairly easy to set up, but things fall short very quickly thereafter. The remote doesn’t maintain a connection if more than a few feet apart. You have to restart the whole linking process to get it to take off again. You would think that when it loses connection that it would stop or land. Nope just keeps going. This near weightless drone is for indoor use only. Even the slightest breeze with blow this thing away outdoors.

    Worthless piece of junk. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. It won't pair with remote no matter how many times I try. I've changed fully charged batteries, left the battery out for several minutes to simulate a reboot, changed batteries (new ones) in the remote, and nothing works. It just won't pair, so it won't start, so it won't fly. It's $30 wasted.

    This thing work all bout the length of a week then stop working. Got tied thinking it was the battery but bout time I got back to it the return process was over this thing did woke properly for me and my nephew.

    Got it home charged it up. My son tried to fly it, but all it would do was flips would never go straight and my son has had other drones so I think it was a manufacturer defect.

    One of the fans stopped spinning in less than 2 weeks, just outside the return window. Calibrating, changing fans, changing batteries etc were of no help. And there are no options to buy parts, so it is just a $40 paperweight now.

    Worst product DONT BUY turned it on and attempted to fly the drone AND IT literally just flew away on its own to who knows where I literally had just bought it the same day it flew away to the stars

    Not even beginner friendly drone to try it doesn't have automatically flying power you have to throw it gentle than it will start flying.

      Here are some tips for the pilot to prevent losing the drone:
      1. The drone should be put on a flat, level surface when pairing the drone. Otherwise, the gyro won't be in balance and the drone may lose control. Please re-calibrate your drone before each flight.
      2. Please read the manual and watch the instruction video on YouTube carefully before you fly your new drone. The drone has different speed modes, and if you are a beginner flier, please use the slower one, so you can take it under your control. After a learning curve and taking more practice, then try the fast speed mode.
      3. Fly in a no wind or breeze day and open field place where there are no trees/woods around. Please fly the drone on an open area. Don’t fly too high when you are not familiar with the operation, otherwise, it will be out of control if the wind is strong in a high place
