The product constantly disconnects itself from the controller so it’s like it’s doing its own thing, that or it’s possessed by my neighbor that wants me to not fly at the birds with my drone. I’m kidding. But in all seriousness. It’s not the best for the disconnecting issue but it’s ok for kids to fly it around and get a laugh while they get frustrated at the drone doing its own thing.

1. Make sure that you are using the 5V/2A adapter. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
2. Please kindly change another original USB charge cable to have a try.
3. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.

The flying time of each battery is the hover time of the drone. If the speed of the fly is faster or functions of the drone been activated, the flying time will be reduced.

1. Whether the drone is within the control range when the drone is flying on its own?
2. How was the weather when you flew your drone?
3. Did you recalibrate your drone before flight?
4. Have you pressed down any button before the drone lost control?

The remote doesn’t maintain a connection if more than a few feet apart. You have to restart the whole linking process to get it to take off again. You would think that when it loses connection that it would stop or land. Nope just keeps going. This near weightless drone is for indoor use only. Even the slightest breeze with blow this thing away outdoors.
