Slight problem with exchanging old cartridge

My main problem is that I was exchanging with an old cartridge, and they had trouble dealing with that issue for some reason but eventually we worked it out, and it works like it should in my soda stream.

Soda stream is great

I was a little bit puzzled when they give me a tank without cap. I thought refilled tank is supposed to be like that. I got home and put it in my Sodastream immediately and I found it to be near empty. Then I read the reviews here and found that happened often that they get you a recycled empty one instead. I went back to the store within 30 min and get it exchanged at the service counter. The refilled tank is much heavier and has a seal. They should have a better exchange protocol to avoid that mistake.

SodaStream Gas Bottles

When they do not have one readily in stock, they will point you to a nearby Best Buy that does indeed have inventory.
