SodaStream's customer service is excellent. When my old unit's bottle-side seal began to fail, SodaStream promptly sent us a new unit at no cost to us. We've never had an issue with these gas canisters over the more than five years we've used them.

Soda stream is great

Been using soda stream cylinders for 3 years

Carbonator exchanges!

For some reason, many of my previous go-to places no longer exchange these. And it's fun that it's Best Buy; I always enjoy looking at products while there!

I get to add my own flavors using REAL fruit instead of 'essence of fruit' WHO knows what that is.
