A good product but poor execution by bestbuy

Best Buy does not manage the canisters well. They often do not have the canisters in stock and once I was given a used canister instead of new so unfortunately these canisters eat up a lot of time. I would recommend buying a backup canister and then using soda streams direct mail program for canister management.

We then upgraded our fridge and it also contained a carbonator so we continued buying these in-store. The only problem we have run into is not with the product itself, but with the exchange of a used bottle for a new bottle. It always seems that the person at the customer service counter at Best Buy has no idea how to key the transaction in.
