Easy exchange. Staff friendly and professional. Product works perfectly

My wife and myself are avid drinkers of Club Soda. The Soda Stream has made it much easier and in the long run for us more economical. The exchange policy to get a new CO2 Canister is very easy, much like getting a new LP Gas Cylinder for your grill, just much easier to carry. LOL

We brought in a used canister, and even though we started that at Bed, Bath & Beyond, Best Buy honored our exchange. Nice!

I have had my Sodastream for years. Not many places still offer the cabinator exchange. So glad I can still pick these up at Best Buy.

Good service, good price, 25% cheaper than Bed Bath and Beyond who had no cylinders in stock, good learning experience for the young lady that helped me.

If you like bubbly water, then Sodastream is for you. The carbonator cylinder exchange process at Best Buy was quick and easy. I felt safe making the exchange at the customer service desk during these trying Covid-19 times.

This is a quick-connect type bottle, although not identified as such anywhere except on the bottle. Fortunately, I was able to exchange it for the "pink" version, which has a threaded fitting.

Great product and great price at Best Buy. Easy to purchase at register, took no time at all.

We have been using sodastream for the last several years and have no complaints. We thought we'd drink more soda but found we drink less now. One thing i did try for fun was carbonating tequila. Needless to say it was pretty good. Each carbonation tank lasts us about 6 months on average.

I bought this item because I needed a new canister. It was hard to find so I researched it on Best Buy web site. All I had to do was go to the customer service counter and they had one behind the counter. Fortunately I brought my empty canister so the price was a great value.

The exchange process was flawless! So easy. I know where I’ll be going for soda stream cartridges in the future - I would not even think of looking anywhere else.

Best Buy makes it easy and economical to change out SodaStream carbonator bottles. Just return the old ones at Customer Service and buy a new one at discount at a reduced price. Fast, simple service to enjoy carbonated beverages on demand at home!

I like these, saving a lot of of cans and plastic bottles since I make my soda at home. Although it happened that the Best Buy store replaced an empty carbonator with another empty one, they fixed it when I returned and explained them the mistake.

Replacement cartridge was $15, now exchange is $15. Cost of CO2 is cheaper if refilled elsewhere but this is convient.

I use this I'm my Samsung refrigerator and it's been a hit since the day we got it. It's like people are excited to come over and get sparkling water from the fridge. The bottle itself is easy to install and lasts quite a while. I usually keep two on hand.

Best Buy Makes it easy to replace my used cartridge! Just bring in your empty one and go straight to customer service desk. They always have a supply right close by the service desk. Traded in my old one and received/paid for a new one in 5 minutes. Great customer service!

The exchange process is simple and straightforward. You walk in with an empty cylinder and you walk out with a full one. After you pay for it. If you like club soda, this is the way to go. No more plastic bottles to recycle and some savings as well.

Best place to buy and get your refills. Most places do not have refills available and you are stuck purchasing the item again.
