Great exchange process for the SodaStream Carbonator.

This was a very simple exchange. I was able to order online for the in-store pickup and just bring my old canister with me to exchange.

The Soda Stream has been one of the best appliances we have bought from Best Buy. The replacement cartridges are of high quality and always work. Very happy!

So I went to the nearby BB and they were out. They said that the nearest one has 12. I went there the next day and they said they didn't have any. I told them that I was told they have 12. She went back and found one. The "Best used by" date has already expired, but I needed it so I got it.

Can be purchased for $15 with exchange of empty cylinder. Seems cheep but $15 is actually still pretty expense for what it is. Though, I do understand that its their business model (similar to how printer manufacturer makes money by selling inks). As for the product it self, it just works.

Pick up at the store is easy. You have to drop off the used one to get the new one even though the sales person at the store did not realize that.

I bought these refill bottles to go with my new soda stream I rec'd for Christmas '17. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or if these refill canisters are faulty but they don't seem to add as much carbonation as the one that came with the unit. I bought 2 at the same time, both seem like they are empty sometimes, but I can tell by comparing the weight of the new ones to the empty one I have that they are not. I have disconnected and reconnected several times...I just can't figure out what is up, but I will wait till I know they are good and empty then exchange them for refills, maybe my next ones will work better!

The carbonator is always available and works effectively each time. The perfect answer to a fizzy drink without sugar and other harmful chemicals.

I like the fact that I don't have to run to the store everytime I run out of Seltzer. No more bottles to go to the garbage. Just depress the tab several times on your soda steam machine and viola! you have a bubbly drink. No sugar, no preservatives. Just wish there was more CO2 in the canisters.

I love the SodaStream exchange cartridges. I wish Best Buy would still carry them.

The soda stream replacement is a life safer for heavy drinkers like myself.

I traded in an old one. They gave me one with a pink cap. That was not the right one for my system. So I went back and was able to exchange. Other than that the product is fine.
