Nearly empty bottles

Each was supposed to carbonate up to 60 liters however, both bottles only did about 2 liters before becoming empty. Because this happened with both bottles, I suspect Best Buy sold me 2 empty bottles that another customer had returned . Definitely returning. Has anyone had the same experience with the spare carbon stirs? I’ve purchased the brand new, boxed bottles with no issues.

Issue with exchange

This was my first time trying an exchange, so I didn't know what to look for yet. Staff was very helpful in quickly processing a refund when I returned.

Honestly should be a bigger bottle for the price

works great but too expensive

The price of these CO2 canisters is rediculous and we end up just buying canned seltzer because it ends up being cheaper and less work than refilling this. We don't have a Best Buy close enough so it is extremely annoying and inconvenient to exchange these for new ones.
