The 2nd cylinder worked for approximately for 6 pumps and I had to take it back. Best Buy finally gave me a brand new one, not refurbished and so far, so good. It was very inconvenient.

It was the first time I had done the exchange for a bottle and did not realize that there should have been a blue seal tape when we received it. I am disappointed that I did not check the canister out when the sales person was Unfamiliar with the Exchange checkout process

We even bought a new SodaStream, but cartridges did not work on it either. We informed sales clerks each time, but they always had an excuse. Have decided to exchange our cartridges elsewhere and new one has worked.

I received two empty ones. When I tried to bring them back into a different store (which the online representative told me I could do), the other store refused to accept it. All in all it was a two hour process and not worth the trouble. I will go to Target next time.
