I don't drink soda, but do enjoy sparkling water a lot. I used to buy bottled sparkling water often, and this both saves money and doesn't use all the bottles I used to use. My carbonating bottle became damaged somewhat easily, but I do enjoy the product. Really convenient that you can exchange your carbonators in store now, too.

Other than you can't take it on an airplane. You have to ship it ground. Better yet, do what I did and let the gift recipient pick it up at the store closest to them. Worked beautifully. Paid in California and the nieces picked it up in Texas!
