After having tasted plain water that was carbonated by Soda Stream we were hooked. We couldn't believe how good water could taste. The root beer flavoring tastes exactly like root beer as does the ginger ale. The lemon-lime seemed to leave an aftertaste. But if we use nothing else but plain water, it'll be worth the money!

Easy to use. Makes great sparkling water. Carbonator lasts a good long time. Can exchange carbonator at some stores at a reduced cost.

I got the soda stream to use for small gatherings making mixed drinks. It works out perfect

I bought this for my son but I tried it and it works so well and no electricity needed my son loves this and now I do too.

So far I only liked the diet grapefruit flavor. The other favors were not very good.

I am a pop drinker. I have been told I am wasteful with the pop I drink. I got my soda stream to cut down on the cost of all my pop consumption. It seems easy to use, but adding the flavor can be tricky. I get the process and why it needs to be done last, but what if it is not enough? Do I constantly have to check it? Kinda annoying.

Its a little expensive but fun and works like it says, I don't like the cola flavor but to each his own. The orange is like sunshine in a bottle. You must use really cold water. It will be great though when there is nothing in the house to drink and then voila' soda.

Everyone gets the flavor of soda that they want and our recycling has been reduced significantly. Not to mention it saves money and trips to the stores to grab soda. Also great for regular carbonated water! If you are particular to a specific brand name of cola, this may not be for you. The soda is good but it dose not taste like Pepsi or Coca Cola specifically.

i do not know right now if the $ value is there but we have always a nice soda not too sweet done in 30 sec. and no recycling....coco

I love the machine! My only issue is the use of sucralose in the syrups, which I hate. Otherwise, great buy!

It does the job that it is supposed to do. I cannot complain accept for the fact that I think it can use a bit more carbonation

I love carbonated water - non-flavored. Otherwise there are dozens of flavors that one can try with the SodaStream. What a treat to be able to get carbonated water at a fraction of the cost. The SodaStream works simply and easily. I like how one can adjust the amount of carbonation. I find that I like 6 "pops" of sound.

I bought this gift for my fiancee because he is constantly complaining that we don't have anything to drink. NOW we ALWAYS have stuff to drink. I just buy crystal light or juices and make whatever i'm drinking carbonated. I have used it for more than 150 bottles and the co2 is still not empty. This may have been the best purchase ever! Very pleased.

If you are expecting this to make soda like you expect in cans, go elsewhere. I prefer my soda on the flatter side, so this was perfect for me. Enough carbonation to make it fizzy in the glass and while drinking.

This is a great basic soda stream. We only use it to make club soda so I can't speak about the flavors of the syrups. It's really light and easy to use. My only complaint is that it does not have a handle,

We actually bought this unit to use on our rving trips. It's so much easier to take this unit and a couple bottles of syrup than taking packs of soda. No saving the cans to recycle no more waste. A truly wonderful product. We have one in the house as well.

Great product for the money! It's nice to have constant access to unlimited soda and many different flavors.
