The soda stream quickly carbonates the liter of water. However I am not impressed with the flavor packets. I'm still trying to find a syrup that I like.

I like to make different flavored sodas. It fits nicely in my room.

I decided to gift it after having it unused for a few months. I was afraid to mess with it as I couldn't understand how to use it. Wish there had been a video...oh well. My grandkids enjoy it, but live too far away for me to see it in use.

This is probably not the company's fault as I think it was bought/returned then BB resold it, but it was missing the bottle, so no way to use it. I bought this same thing elsewhere and love it, so as long as you get all of the product, you'll probably love it.

Easy and quick to make. This product is not used much in our home. Kids still prefer other beverages.

This item was nothing like what I read in the reviews. It did not taste like a soda, and the recommended number of times that you're supposed to push to add carbonation of (2 pumps) left the drink tasting extremely flat. Even after 6 or 7 pushes, it still tasted awful. It is much more like a cough syrup when using the syrups, rather than a soda. If you would just like carbonated water, like a Perrier for example, this will leave you extremely unsatisfied as if you've drank a glass of perrier that has been left open for several days. The amount of carbonation that needs to be used in order to have this taste even close, is not worth buying multiple carbonation canisters. It's much easier, to just buy a 99 cent 2-liter and much less of a hassle.

I seem to be the only one in my family to actually use the item,the others prefer juices.

Product description online was not accurate. Best Buy product description stated it came with 6 samples but after opening, saw that it came with none.

The soda stream does not hold bubbles. after you add the bubbles 2 second later its flat.

It really just is not worth more than 20 bucks if anything. Tried the soda. It tasted like a flat Pepsi Don’t waste your money or time.

It tastes good and looks like pop but it isn’t fizzy

We purchased a black, metal Source from Sodastream in September from Best Buy for $80 along with a spare carbonator for $24. We have been using the Sodastream to make 1-2 liters per day with the maximum carbination. Works great and the first carbonator has lasted about 5 weeks before needing a refill. We have only used the Jet model for comparison, but do love the look and action of the Source. Please note that it does make a loud, screeching noise as more carbination is inserted into the bottle. We always keep 2 liters of filtered water in the fridge as it seems to work/taste better with cold water.

Picked this up and have to say I love it. I never have to worry about running out of soda when friends and family come to visit, It tastes great, it's easy, cheaper and better for the environment (reusable bottles and no power consumption) you even get a discount for trading in your empty cartridges at Best Buy. My girlfriend hates over carbonated soda and I enjoy a good amount of carbonation, it's great that we can choose how much we want in each bottle that we make!!

A huge waste of money. The drinks taste horrible. I tried them all. Finally threw it away

It's nice to be able to enjoy the soda that the rest of the world does...Real Sugar? Imagine that? Aside from that, the kids love making the fizzy water, and seem far more open to trying new things...if we add the fizz! What's not to like about that. The product is simple enough for my 5 year old to operate, and it doesn't add to that nest of wires in the power strip. The Sparkling Natural Flavors are great, but overall will cost you a bit more than the originals. However, they are far better for you than the originals. The flavor assortments and recipes are seemingly infinite. Bye bye high fructose Corn Syrup...Bye bye Aspartame...Hello real sugar!
