Prompt service and the laptop was set up in less than one day. The staff member was pleasant and the laptop works well. I would recommend this service.

I had a problem downloading security software. Tried to help over the phone but didn't work either, Agent made me an appointment at my local Best Buy Geek Squad location. I took in my Dell and it was ready the next afternoon, They even cleaned up some of the programs.

Had an error with my Microsoft Book 2, took it in and even though they had loads of people to take care of they took the time to get me back up and running. Saved the day in record time. Was on the phone with Microsoft support for four hours and in less than an hour with the squad.... Boom fixed

My other computer died when I accidentally spilled some water on it. The Geek Squad checked it, and the hard drive was shot. Bought new computer and they were able to retrieve the data and transfer it to new computer. All was well again!

What would I do with my computer if I didn't have Steam on it? Use it to do work? Ha ha ha. When the Geeks told me they would have to reinstall my operating system I said I would just have to have Steam. No problem. They installed it for me. Well Done!

The agent diagnosed my computer and found the hard drive was bad. The tech was able to retrieve my important data, replace a new drive and my computer is running again.

I had a phone issue a few weeks ago, I'm not sure what I did, but I could no longer access my phone, I went to the local Santa Clarita store the next morning and within 30 minutes, my phone was fixed and working! Great Customer Service! Thank you Geek Squad!

I got my service done in a short amount of time for about two or three days. My device is working normal and I get to use it once more. It’s worth what I paid for them to help me fix my device. If you cannot fix your device, I recommend you seek out for them to help you resolve the issue that you are having.

My computer was sent out to be repaired by professionals and in 4 hrs they sent it back working again, that’s how it should be, NOTE: Before u purchase a warranty make sure u ask exactly what does it cover because that’s how they get u, make sure ur warranty covers both hardware and software don’t take just one. 12/27/2019

Getting help from Geek Technicians has been very beneficial to me as l launch my new business. I usually interact with the hem remotely and find their services very useful when it comes to challenges I run into with my computer and copier. I hope I can become a member soon.

Been with the Geek Squad for 15 years, no issues. They’re well Trained, Have great patience, are quick and effective. They are the best and have been for a long Period of time regardless Of any store you go to with the Best Buy banner.

They had issues with mapping my 365 account but overall, they were both friendly and helpful. They did everything else okay. The website to set up an appointment is tough. Sometimes, you set up and appointment for Greece and it bounces to Henrietta. When you try to fix it, it does not work. It happened to me twice.

The agents transferred all of my data from my old computer to my new one quickly and properly. They helped me review the transferred data to ensure that everything was available and ready on my new PC. Great job explaining everything. They were patient and pleasant.

The geek squad was very intelligent. They were able to install exactly what I asked for the upgrade it the Microsoft, as well as the web route software and I was impressed. My computer works great.
