The geek squad is fabulous. When I purchased a new laptop they downloaded all info from old laptop. I couldn’t get new laptop to connect to printer. They went beyond helpful to get it connected! Thank you for all your help

When I bought new laptop, Geek Squad was able to get everything off my old computer that had basically stopped working. This would not have happened without them!!! YEAH!! Didn't get my printers set up though and that took me some time to figure out. Still not sure totally right. Will probably go back to them and have them check it out.

I had the newest version of WIN 10 put on my computer because the previous version was corrupt. It now work great and isn't trying to update all the time.

The Geek squad installed Microsoft, Norton and a few other programs for me. Quick service. Once I had my laptop home I had a question and their over the phone service was excellent.
