This team has been great overall. Helping at every turn and going above and beyond what was expected.

This was in support of having to replace my old and slow hard drive. Everything was there when I checked so I didn't have to do a thing.

My computer was restored and all software and programs were intalled in record time. I can't thank the geek squad enough. They really saved my day.

Agent transferred old computer info to new computer. We went over it together to make sure I was happy with everything . I purchased a tv in December 2021 and they came to the house and set it up!! This is money well spent!

Two Geek Squad techs delivered and installed my new 50" Samung TV. I was very pleased with their skills, attitudes and friendliness. A different Geek Squad tech set up my new HP All-in -One 27" desktop computer. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had always installed my own computers as I progressively upgraded over the years, but because I had TotalTech this year, and because the computer wa so heavy that I couldn't lift it out of the box and onto my desktop. I am glad that I arranged to have this tech take care of the setup too. He was so knowlegeable and friendly that I was hoping I would get an opportunity to give him a 5-star review, but I did not receive a survey.

The agent downloaded and set-up all software and spy ware for my computer. They were efficient and got it all done quickly

The technician took me earlier than my appointment time, completed the install very quickly and walked me through any questions I had. Only disappointment was that I was charged - it would be nice with a new item for the set up to be free when the item was purchased at Best Buy.

The Geek Squad completed a transfer of my old laptop to my new one, and set my new device up and it is perfect!

The agent set up my laptop and was able to transfer all info from my IMAC onto the laptop. Anthony was my GEEK guy and he was terrific and very knowledgeable.

After waiting 20 days for in service repair I took my machine home after being assured it wss fixed. I plighed it in and first screen was purple and red snow . I rebooked and hit F2 and it rebooted and all was well. Then mouse and keyboard did not work. I went to www.bestbuy.com/help and they took 20 minutes and the mouse and keyboard was repaired along with another error they found. I was very happy with the remote repair.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. The attendant was knew what the problem was with my laptop, and recommended the proper equipment.
