They deleted the software that came with the computer and installed the one on wanted on it. Some problems arose, however, they patiently figured out what they were and rectified the problem. I encountered another problem after bringing it home, so I went back with the computer and explained the situation. What ever the problem was, they figured it out and solved it. I have the utmost faith and confidence in the members of the Geek Squad and high recommend them.

Transferring data from old to new computer

Geek Squad installed Microsoft

Webroot is a great to go for your tech devices.

It was nice knowing if anything went wrong all I had to do was call and make an appointment to bring which ever had a problem. I know it is going to be repaired.

I Love The Geek Squad
