Geek Squad Provided Excellent Technical Assistance

They were able to capture and transfer data from my "crashed hard drive" to a new ASUS computer. They worked quickly and were very helpful to get my new computer up and running, and also tried to repair my old computer. I would definitely recommend them. I had help from Nick, Ayla, Zach and Jordan. The only impediment to our communication was the Best Buy "we are not accepting phone calls at this location" which made their job harder and more complicated. Hire someone to answer the phone, which would help for them AND your customers. Your cost cutting measures is costing you business and puts an unnecessary burden on your staff!

Geek squad service

My computer wouldn't download an update and I had tried many times at home. They ended up wiping it and reinstalling everything. It works amazing now no problems with it at all. GREAT JOB GEEK SQUAD!!!
