The agents were great!!!! They deleted the software that came with the computer and installed the one on wanted on it. Some problems arose, however, they patiently figured out what they were and rectified the problem. I encountered another problem after bringing it home, so I went back with the computer and explained the situation. What ever the problem was, they figured it out and solved it. I have the utmost faith and confidence in the members of the Geek Squad and high recommend them.

I met with your GEEK Squad at the Federal Way, WA Store. They were great! They were able to capture and transfer data from my "crashed hard drive" to a new ASUS computer. They worked quickly and were very helpful to get my new computer up and running, and also tried to repair my old computer. I would definitely recommend them. I had help from Nick, Ayla, Zach and Jordan. The only impediment to our communication was the Best Buy "we are not accepting phone calls at this location" which made their job harder and more complicated. Hire someone to answer the phone, which would help for them AND your customers. Your cost cutting measures is costing you business and puts an unnecessary burden on your staff!

After waiting 20 days for in service repair I took my machine home after being assured it wss fixed. I plighed it in and first screen was purple and red snow . I rebooked and hit F2 and it rebooted and all was well. Then mouse and keyboard did not work. I went to www.bestbuy.com/help and they took 20 minutes and the mouse and keyboard was repaired along with another error they found. I was very happy with the remote repair.

At 73 years old I need help from time to time with the computer. Geek Squad has always taken care of me.
