It all depends upon which agent you get to work with. Some are great...some not so great. Some have an accent that is difficult to understand. Some are very knowledgeable ... some are not. I have tried other services which are terrible.

The rep was very helpful in assisting with my purchase of a laptop. He overheard me and the salesperson discussing the options on the unit before the sale, and advised what was needed due to S mode. He further explained the Best Buy total plan, and additionally. I was able to have my desktop restored to working order.

The file transfer process and personal review of work performed prior to leaving the store was great. However, I was originally told that if I purchased the computer first thing in the morning and was willing to wait about 20 or 30 minutes I could leave with the new one ready to go. So I backed up all of my files on the old computer, disassembled it, and off to Best Buy I went. I was there when the store opened. However upon purchase I was told the new computer would not be ready until three to four days later. My not being available on those days pushed me back to having to make another trip the following Saturday. The store is 35 miles away. All in all I'm satisfied. But in my opinion, the overall process was not as managed well.

Geek setup the tv and answered any questions that we might have had.
