Outcome Good, Scheduling Questionable.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The file transfer process and personal review of work performed prior to leaving the store was great. However, I was originally told that if I purchased the computer first thing in the morning and was willing to wait about 20 or 30 minutes I could leave with the new one ready to go. So I backed up all of my files on the old computer, disassembled it, and off to Best Buy I went. I was there when the store opened. However upon purchase I was told the new computer would not be ready until three to four days later. My not being available on those days pushed me back to having to make another trip the following Saturday. The store is 35 miles away. All in all I'm satisfied. But in my opinion, the overall process was not as managed well.

The peace of mind is everything.
