Patient and kind service!

I worked with two different technicians, and they were both great. They were patient with this old man, and they sincerely answered my questions without making me feel ignorant. I highly recommend the top of the line contract, as it certainly took care of me.

Not expert at everything

After a problem with the printer I was switched to various people 3 different times. Finally I was told to bring it in to the store. Once in the store they said it had to be fixed at home to secure wifi. After apologizing for the phone agents giving incorrect information, the agent in the store was able to determine what was the problem and to give directions on how to fix it at home

Geek Squad installed my MacBook software

Great installation of software for my computer
