The Geek Squad Techs are absolutely Fantastic! They were great about working me in (to install the software) the same day I purchased my new Desktop! I had to wait only a short time, as there were customers with scheduled appointments, but they got me all set up and on my way! They saved me from having to come back the next day, as it would have been another 120 mile round trip!

Gary was on time and very efficient. He was honest and respectful and did his job very well.

Had questions about activation of Win-10 and install of Office-2019 and "need" for a Microsoft Account. Staffer ALYSSA answered all our before/during/after questions with informative, easy to understand, and professional answers and professional knowledge. We had visited several BestBuy GeekSquad shops around the area and ALYSSA was by far not only the most knowledgeable, but also the most helpful and the most friendly. She treated us like a neighbor, not just an order number. Highly recommend waiting for her in line to get the answers you need!

Until the most recent issue I would have given the Geek Squad a dozen stars. After a problem with the printer I was switched to various people 3 different times. Finally I was told to bring it in to the store. Once in the store they said it had to be fixed at home to secure wifi. After apologizing for the phone agents giving incorrect information, the agent in the store was able to determine what was the problem and to give directions on how to fix it at home
