Software install

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad workers installed all the software I needed on my new ipad and new solid state drive on my Dell computer. I was disappointed that the issues with my batteries were not caught during that work, so I had to come back two more times to get them fixed. I was also disappointed that I had to order the bios battery myself and then bring in my computer again for installation. I was still getting another message that was finally diagnosed as the big battery on my computer not taking a charge well anymore, thus needing replacement with another order by me and trip in to install.

Staffer ALYSSA answered all our before/during/after questions with informative, easy to understand, and professional answers and professional knowledge. We had visited several BestBuy GeekSquad shops around the area and ALYSSA was by far not only the most knowledgeable, but also the most helpful and the most friendly. She treated us like a neighbor, not just an order number. Highly recommend waiting for her in line to get the answers you need!
