Geek Squad Service

Even when The first TV was defective they took care of the claim and delivered the new TV a week later. I was very happy with the service

Also, the absolutely best techs for at home installations, and repairs! They are not all perfect, and (some) can make mistakes, but they will do almost anything to make it right!

Joby is a star

We left our PC with them & they transferred everything over to the Mac. We had trouble opening some things, we brought it back, and Joby at the Prospect store in Champaign, showed us how to access what we wanted. Then he found something another tech missed, kept our computer overnight, fixed it& explained everything to us when we came to pick it up. Way to go Joby!!!
