Joby is a star

We left our PC with them & they transferred everything over to the Mac. We had trouble opening some things, we brought it back, and Joby at the Prospect store in Champaign, showed us how to access what we wanted. Then he found something another tech missed, kept our computer overnight, fixed it& explained everything to us when we came to pick it up. Way to go Joby!!!

Greek Squad helped me

Unable to help me on the phone which was disappointing. I was told to go to the store. Very satisfied with the service at the store. It was fast and the person I dealt with was very helpful. Solved my problem and gave me some additional tips.

They recommended an SSD AND AND AN EXTERNAL SSD as well. I took it back in a short time later for some minor connection issues. The techs are personable and knowledgeable, and have a good turn-around.
