My request was written down and read back to me in terms I could understand. I was given a time line when I could expect completion and the timeline was met. Picking up my purchase was easy and work done explained in easy-to-understand terms. Cost was fair for the work done. Would use their services again.

Geek Squad was able to get rid of the virus, and set me up with new security software to hopeful keep this issue from happening again.
