Geek Squad far exceeded my expectations setting up my new computer. Mr. Zhao ensured it was a total turnkey operation. All files were transferred from the old computer which was also returned fully functional. Nice job!

They did their job but their costumer service was just ok nothing great just good

Want software to be installed since I could not get it to load at home. I did a walk in and wait until the current customer was done since only one person was working. Thirty minutes later was advise that I would need to make a appt to have the software completed since it would take an hour to I stall,so I did for the next day. Went back it took the person 15 minutes to install. I feel like the person the day before just did not want to bother. I forgot to mention the next appointment was in 45 minutes. So he could have help me and I would not need to a second trip.

The courteous agents did not embarrass my non-tech self: instead, they performed the work required, explained all to me, and helped me set up and use my new laptop expeditiously.

The agents/reps were so very helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge using my laptop. It made me feel like I certainly did the right thing to join the GEEK SQUAD! It puts my mind at ease knowing that there is a team of knowledgeable individuals equipped to handle the dilemma I had encountered. Thank you for the available service you are rendering!

The GEEK SQUAD set up my new 2020 MacBook Pro and transferred data from my old mac.

they performed a setup on the new computer and on my lap top they tune it up when got to the store was informed that it would be faster with a new hard drive i am glad the tech informed me of this wow is it fast now the girl that help me at the counter and the tech that worked on it are fantastic thank you so much i could not be happier

The Geek Squad is just great, Bought a new laptop and had problems with it. They sent it out to be repaired but I still had problems so they gave me a new one.

No issues they know what they need to do happy customer here.

The agent did install Windows and Power point, word and excel . Also installed and web root. These item work fine.

The process was fast and helpful as well and i appreciates the agent who help me even though i have to give her some hours to come back for pick up.

The agent took the time to show me several options on my repair and chose the right one. Service to my laptop was for a week turn around and it took two days so defats service as well. I am very satisfied it’s their work.
