My request was written down and read back to me in terms I could understand. I was given a time line when I could expect completion and the timeline was met. Picking up my purchase was easy and work done explained in easy-to-understand terms. Cost was fair for the work done. Would use their services again.

She never acted annoyed and seemed to be sincere answering my silly questions. She made me feel comfortable enough to ask anything without feeling dumb!
