They find a way to squeeze you in because you wouldn’t be there were if it was t important. I am grateful for that. I know make appointments- so I don’t feel as bad to take away fro. Others time! I am grateful!

Geek Squad is the BEST!

He installed our receiver quickly and patiently showed us how it worked. He was amazing and deserves a raise :) Wish I remembered his name. We tried to give him a tip and he said he was not able to do that. Bless his heart. First time I have had a service tech not except a tip. You guys and girls are awesome!! Thank you very much!!

We love our Geek Squad Tech Jay!

Jay was so personal yet professional, he made the entire process go so smoothly. We go to Best Buy for everything we need because the staff is so knowledgeable about everything and so willing to help. We are always extremely satisfied with Best Buy and all its staff.
