Our Geek Squad guy was fantastic! He installed our receiver quickly and patiently showed us how it worked. He was amazing and deserves a raise :) Wish I remembered his name. We tried to give him a tip and he said he was not able to do that. Bless his heart. First time I have had a service tech not except a tip. You guys and girls are awesome!! Thank you very much!!

Our new 55" Samsung TV was installed so quickly and was so easy to learn about the streaming. Jay was so personal yet professional, he made the entire process go so smoothly. We go to Best Buy for everything we need because the staff is so knowledgeable about everything and so willing to help. We are always extremely satisfied with Best Buy and all its staff.

They are very patient and kind, and mostly tyry are very well trained and chosen appropriately for the autonomy of this position.

Unable to setup printer due to problems with my laptop. Agent suggested I take he was more than helpful and answered all of my questions. Laptop was returned under warranty and a new laptop is due to be delivered on 3-8 and I will schedule another app. with the agent to set up printer on new laptop.

I brough a VHS tape in to see if they could fix it. The young man brought the VHS TAPE to the back and came back in 5 minutes and said come back in a few a days and it should be fixed. It was and the guys were great
