I took my computer to geek squad and they did a great job fixing it.

The Geek Squad set up the computer, transferring data from the old computer, then returning the old hard drive. It was seamless, efficient, and everything was explained to us. Upon getting it home, I needed to call to get help. That was done in a seamless fashion, also. Geek Squad is a quality service.

Picked up my new computer and Geek Squad setup, transferred data and answered all my questions all in one visit. Loved all of the Agents that helped.

The tech installed Norton on my phone. Once, I finally got serviced, the process went quick. I recommend making an appointment if possible.

My daughter's laptop was acting up. I have the $199 yearly warranty with Geek Squad. It has paid many dividends! They saw the fan needed replacement. I ordered one and they put it in while updating the software. The ticket I received shows I saved $356! This warranty is great and Geek Squad, as always, very professional and NAILED IT.

The Geek Squad member was professional, efficient, and he took the the time to answer my questions. He did more to help than was thought of beforehand. He was patient with me. There should be a way to reduce the time frame of when to expect a team member.

Suddenly one day the internet connection on my laptop that I use exclusively for work went down. I was resigned to buying a whole new computer, but the Geek Squad found the problem immediately and had me back up and running in less than 24 hours. I really like having the annual contract, so I can go in with any problems, big or little, that I have.

Great group, never an issue and always helpful. I bought a laptop and after a month, third time I used it, the laptop did not start up. Took it to the Geek Squad and left with a new one. Thank you.

after getting appointment went and agent was sort of rude, kindda like you want it not, I tried to tell him I just bought the computer in May and he was like not very helpful and again you want us to do it or not? Felt I needed it and was in a hurry to have computer back so got it done....If I had more time probably would have shopped around,

Installed security software on my new desktop. No issues.

The agents installed my selected software and transfered all my files from my old computer. Quick service as well.

This has been , by far, the best experience. Knowledgeable staff, the remote right in and handle the situation. I'm not computer savvy, so having geek squad is a life saver

I’m generally happy with Geek Squad support and their setup and data transfer services did not disappoint
