Never thought I'd pay $200 a year for Geek Squad

However, I have been a member for at least the last three years and my membership has paid for itself in some way every single year.

Geek Squad to the Rescue

They kept the computer until they were able to resolve the problem and get it back in working order. Their communications were frequent and thorough. Recommended.

Great Assistance

The agent and techs were super capable and took time to answer all questions from a walk-in customer. A great experience overall. Highly recommend the team at the Tallahassee store.

Laptop fully restored! Geek Squad Awesome Again

I have the $199 yearly warranty with Geek Squad. It has paid many dividends! They saw the fan needed replacement. I ordered one and they put it in while updating the software. The ticket I received shows I saved $356! This warranty is great and Geek Squad, as always, very professional and NAILED IT.

It was seamless, efficient, and everything was explained to us. Upon getting it home, I needed to call to get help. That was done in a seamless fashion, also. Geek Squad is a quality service.
