The agents made the smart tv connections to our dvd and vhs players and made sure I knew how to use the remote to access the stations and settings I wanted. They also took away the old tv that had crashed. Definitely worth the money for this older lady!

Suddenly one day the internet connection on my laptop that I use exclusively for work went down. I was resigned to buying a whole new computer, but the Geek Squad found the problem immediately and had me back up and running in less than 24 hours. I really like having the annual contract, so I can go in with any problems, big or little, that I have.

The Geek Squad member was professional, efficient, and he took the the time to answer my questions. He did more to help than was thought of beforehand. He was patient with me. There should be a way to reduce the time frame of when to expect a team member.
