Geek Squad corrected my problems, but the system to let me know the status of the job is poor. There is no way to get in touch with anyone to find out where things stand. For example: the status report on line said they were assigning my computer to an agent for three days and continued to say that when I picked it up. People are nice and competent, but systems communication systems need improvement.

The techs are friendly and helpful. The time it took was a problem since we use it in our business. I was told it should be 2 days and it ended up being 3.

I have had Geek squad and used the remote help many times over more than 10 years. I am very positive about. Recently, we have had Geek squad install something, and again, I am very positive about how it went as well as the quality of the agent.

Great service prompt.Exellent customer service.My computer operating system and antivirus was installed prompty.Your workers listened to customers and answer their questions and go out of their was to resolve any issues they have.

They were very helpful, and explained what needed to be done .When there was a problem they didnt just give up and say sorry it cant be done , they continued to try other things until they were finally able to accomplish it. I am very impressed with how they handled the whole situation
