I wasn’t sure about buying this extra support protection but realized I was even less sure about my computer skills. They helped add virus protection to our computer that wouldn’t slow us down and help with our future needs. Worth it cuz we are not spending time keeping up with what we should be doing on our own.

They know IT and can solve difficult problems. Getting a Verizon email address on Outlook is not an easy task.

They did great on the install, however I had a question about the install once I got home and was not able to reach anyone and I tried for several days. My consultant Jim told me they may be unavailable even by phone because of virus. I can understand that I feel it would be fair to adjust my coverage also.

Efficient and effective installation of antivirus.

I have had Geek squad and used the remote help many times over more than 10 years. I am very positive about. Recently, we have had Geek squad install something, and again, I am very positive about how it went as well as the quality of the agent.

Geek Squad corrected my problems, but the system to let me know the status of the job is poor. There is no way to get in touch with anyone to find out where things stand. For example: the status report on line said they were assigning my computer to an agent for three days and continued to say that when I picked it up. People are nice and competent, but systems communication systems need improvement.

Went above and beyond to work on my new computer. Kept me informed. I think they were having such a problem with the transfer from the old computer they forgot to install one program. However I can take it back and get this done.

It’s great that I got this offer for a year. It’s free and found it very convenient to have this feature.

Geek Squad is so helpful no matter what the problem may be. A program, difficulties with a printer. They are very thorough and have helped me more times than I can count.
