I took my laptop in Thursday, I believe, and they finished installing it the next Wednesday. I am pretty sure it could have been faster but, it is okay. I received my laptop in good condition with a new SSD. Thank you so much Geek Squad for helping me do something that would void my warranty.

They were very helpful, and explained what needed to be done .When there was a problem they didnt just give up and say sorry it cant be done , they continued to try other things until they were finally able to accomplish it. I am very impressed with how they handled the whole situation
