Took 3 visits to accomplish task … even then, my files weren’t all there. The Geek Squad reps were very nice just didn’t seem very competent

Gave me quick service when I needed it, as I was trying to make copies for a legal brief to be filed . When I returned the very next day after having similar issues, one of the Geeks got me going again without an additional charge. This time the printer continued to work as needed.

Customer service rep was awesome. She walked me through process of installing the new anti virus software and told me when it would be ready. Computer was ready for my son’s first day of college. Saved us a ton of money from having to buy a new one. Just needed some updates and software cleaning.

The service was quick, and the first rep was very nice. When I returned, the new rep at Geek Squad was cold, non compassionate, and kinda rude. Better customer service is much needed in this store.

I was having problems updating some software on my PC and the Geek squad resolved the problem for me. I also had a problem with my audio on my PC and they resolved it quickly. I highly recommend this product.
