As usual I can count on Best Buy to do what I need done. It took a little longer than expected but I’m very satisfied with the results.

The agent was fabulous... The were gentle with me as i am technically challanged

He got me into the new machine, which I had forgotten the password. Then when the keyboard / mouse did not work, I had to prod him, but he did a quick substitution and confirmed that my mouse did not work, so I got a new keyboard / mouse, and I was set.

Quality was fine, but I wish it did t take 3 days.

The Squad cleaned my desktop and reinstalled Windows 10. They found a malware key-logger during the clean. The Squad was very professional, courteous, and friendly.

My Windows 10 OS crashed. I was disappointed that no one could explain the cause. However, Geek Squad tech support was able to uninstall the old version and reinstall a new version. The Inspiron 17 laptop works like new now.

Sometimes I miss the old geed squad team because if they did something wrong they used to take responsibility and now they just blame it on you and plus delete softwares that you already pay for them and want you to pay again for this I don’t think so . Thank you for missing around with my pc don’t work as before
