Good service on our newly purchased laptop. Service was fast and reps were knowledgeable.

Joseph did an excellent job in bring my printer back on line during an in home visit on 6 March printer connected with 1 minute of his arrival.

The Agents all are very familiar in troubleshooting and corrected the issue in a timely manner.

They were able to help share files between 2 laptops, so that files changed on one laptop, would also transfer to the other laptop.

The Geek squad provided maintenance on my printers. Jeremiah was able to get them up and running in no time.

Make an appointment. Don’t think that you can walk into a a store and just get something done by geek squad. So many people make appointments. Do this online before even thinking about coming into a store
