Brought in my computer because I was targeted for fraud. I needed my computer to be totally scanned. Money was taken from my bank account and transfered to another account.

if i could give less than 1 star i would, they had my pc for one entire week and didnt even touch it until day 6. i went in on day 7 to check in on my pc and they broke my cpu and bent all of my pins then proceeded to claim that it wasnt them that broke it and it was like that when i dropped it off (it wasnt at all like that when i dropped it off) i later claimed my refund and demanded my pc back and they had the audacity to tell me i should invest into some new pc parts. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE customer service and support and i suggest if you have any problems with any technology period, take your problems elsewhere. because best buy is not the place for repairs. hope this helps! p.s. ALSO VERY OVER PRICED!!

I got mixed up on my scheduled appointment which I drove 50 miles to get but the associate got me worked in and it was very much appreciated

Geek squad set up my computer and serviced all of my devices to have the same software! All I wanted to do is turn it on and begin my work... and that’s exactly what they did for me!

I had Geek Squad do a laptop tune up. I was impressed with the result. I took my laptop home and I could see, as soon as I powered up, faster power up and faster software response.

I have always used the Geek Squad for all of the family's devices. This time, maybe it was an off week with their staff but the tech who worked on my laptop had an unprofessional attitude. I'm not going to out him on the internet but he told me if I wasnt happy with his service he could just put my laptop down and walk away. Real unprofessional. I'm hoping if I need them again, this lack of customer service training won't happen again.
