Buying a new computer for someone who is not real computer savvy can be a stressful time. But thanks to the very understanding and helpful people in the computer area it was a much easier time than I was expecting!

Agents helped tp scrub the machine and reinstall essential programs. Spent a lot of time explaining the process.

Although its obvious that the Geeks can only spend so much time with the diagnosis, they do seem to genuinely want to fix your problem before they recommend that you leave the computer. I get a feel that they know BB is a pretty expensive computer repair option and want to help you avoid the costs.
