    I had the Geek Squad copy my old computer to the new model and go through the old computer at the same time to check out its operation. The service was quick and effective.

    While the Geek squad was able to retrieve my downloads setup a security system and clean up my laptop they were unable to get my keyboard functional

    Old computer was on it's death bed. Geek Squad to the rescue. Managed to get all my old programs and data files in the same locations on my new computer. On less thing to have to learn. Thank Staff.
