I love the Geek Squad -- they havebeen very helpful and available 24/7! Worth the price!

The geek squad migrated all my content perfectly and was very patient in explaining any new operating information to get me up and running immediately.

The geek squad transferred my data and applications from my old laptop to my new one.

I have always used the Geek Squad for all of the family's devices. This time, maybe it was an off week with their staff but the tech who worked on my laptop had an unprofessional attitude. I'm not going to out him on the internet but he told me if I wasnt happy with his service he could just put my laptop down and walk away. Real unprofessional. I'm hoping if I need them again, this lack of customer service training won't happen again.

The Geek Squad person incorrectly loaded my Norton in my computer. I called Norton and that person fixed it. So I paid $40 tgat didn’t work for me.

These guys are always great! It pays to have them. Especially if you don't have somebody close to you to help you!
