These folks are great, especially when you buy a new system. They set up everything punctually and are sensitive to customers needs.

When I bought my computer I got some software for so I had Geek Squad install it because I feared they could do it easier and quicker than I could money well spent

If you have a technical problem/question the Geek Squad can handle that without any problems.

I needed software installed on my HP Pavillion. Joe with Geek Squad was so helpful and he answered all my questions.

Over the phone assistance was great, in store was a painful process. They don’t answer phone and are too short staffed to help in a timely manner, appointment process isn’t very practical. Store is busy but management is cutting back— not helpful to customer

They were to install all new software and then copy all the data from the old pc to the new one. This part they did a poor job. I was able to review the new pc before i left the store and they corrected the data for the most part. However, they were unable to get my outlook data migrated from the old system to the new. I took my pc into another geek squad location and found a wonderful tech woh worked with me for hours to get the data migrated finally. He saved the day for me, otherwise no one was even willing to try.
