    The laptop was properly set up but I never got a call it was ready. I showed up the next day in the late afternoon to check on when I would have it and it was ready. I was told they were very busy. If that's so, why are they closing this store??????

    Overall having the geek team availablehad for the customer will take out a heavy load of stress. So I am glad that Best Buy's has this type of team.

    My service person was very nice. Unfortunately they were not able to help me with my copy of an app from my old laptop which does not copy the registry’s and therefore unusable. That Quicken!!

    The techs transferred my stuff from the old computer to the new one. I have been in 3 times to get help and they did fine but I still am having problems.
