So thankful the new desktop was set up and ready to use when we took it home - just had to plug it in.

The laptop was properly set up but I never got a call it was ready. I showed up the next day in the late afternoon to check on when I would have it and it was ready. I was told they were very busy. If that's so, why are they closing this store??????

Again...Rickie is the greatest. He is at the North Ave store in Chicago.

Kristopher was very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained the features of my new computer and printer.

Looked up my webroot information and added webroot to my new laptop quickly!

The techs transferred my stuff from the old computer to the new one. I have been in 3 times to get help and they did fine but I still am having problems.

Upgraded to a new computer and of course I had Geek Squad install all necessary files from my old computer to ensure it is done right.

These guys installed all the software needed for my newly purchased laptop. And they were informative and explained everything step by step so that it was user friendly.

They were to install all new software and then copy all the data from the old pc to the new one. This part they did a poor job. I was able to review the new pc before i left the store and they corrected the data for the most part. However, they were unable to get my outlook data migrated from the old system to the new. I took my pc into another geek squad location and found a wonderful tech woh worked with me for hours to get the data migrated finally. He saved the day for me, otherwise no one was even willing to try.

The agent installed the software to my Chromebook, walked me through all. Great job

My service person was very nice. Unfortunately they were not able to help me with my copy of an app from my old laptop which does not copy the registry’s and therefore unusable. That Quicken!!
