The Geek squad was overwhelmed and didn’t give me

I ended up buying a new iPad and paying $40 to make it happen. My iPhone still doesn’t have the capability to do what my iPad does, it’s still only a phone. The only thing I accomplished is that I have a new iPad and I’m $400 poorer, not happy.

Geek Squad broke my laptop

Geek squad member Derek managed to erase all my files photos homework and documents and break my laptop in the process. Mike the manager couldn’t even apologize or offer a solution and lied to his regional manager about how he handled the situation. Only reason software was installed was because of another team member Jose. He took full accountability and responsibility for Derek and Mikes incompetence and carelessness. What was a “quick fix” turned into me losing years of work and irreplaceable memories. Thank you geek squad.
