iPad Restore

I had a 2 o’clock appointment. I asked the sales clerk in order to restore my old iPad to the original settings if I could do it in settings? He said I had to pay $39.99 to have them do it and download the recent operating system...I had 10 point something and it was upgraded to 10 point something...I don’t understand why they couldn’t just tell me if I was correct on how to make my iPad in its original state, a few point upgrade to the operating system surely doesn’t make a big difference. I just purchased an iPad 12.9 in September 2019 for over $1,000 and I wanted to give my old iPad (which I also bought at Best Buy) to my Grandkids...they are very young and won’t be doing big things on it... Seems like a racket to make money to me...

Setting up my new Lenovo

Not too good

Also battery does not last nearly as long as GSquad described. Also fGSquad told me they recovered and transferred all files from old laptop to this new one, but MANY are missing, and MANY are hard to find, under new file names. Bookmarks were not copied over properly either.
