    Worst service ever is an understatement. If 0/5 starts was an option that’s what I would rate it as. Geek squad member Derek managed to erase all my files photos homework and documents and break my laptop in the process. Mike the manager couldn’t even apologize or offer a solution and lied to his regional manager about how he handled the situation. Only reason software was installed was because of another team member Jose. He took full accountability and responsibility for Derek and Mikes incompetence and carelessness. What was a “quick fix” turned into me losing years of work and irreplaceable memories. Thank you geek squad.

    The Technicians were great. Your web site isn't helping me install WebRoot. The link to install I got in my email is no longer available. My delay in installing was because I had already purchased webroot when I was in Virginia. Now that I need to renew, I am offered another purchase when I try to use the key provided in the email...
