    Geek Squad “ I Do not care “.

    There was 4 or 5 desk for customers service but only 1 person was there to deal with customer. I spend more than 45 minutes to pickup my stuff. That was ready and just sitting in front of my eyes. Other geek squad person coming in and out and looking at Customers line with blank faces. That was horrible experience for me.

    Geek Squad Destroyed My System

    Absolute failures. Went in for a boot failure. After two trips, they said they think the new CPU was burnt out after they loosened the cooler to reseat the RAM. They refuse to take responsibility and I have not been able to contact them since.

    They rest user sign on, but clerk had an attitude, and she was very condeming since we got rid of the yearly maintenance agreement. It was not worth the cost as they could not repaier a couple laptops.

    Geek squad did not setup login or laptop as I requested. I have had to go through a learn by experiment and mistake to get it operating properly. Microsoft office was installed but haven't needed to use it yet. It will probably be the same trial and error situation.

    Never had a good day with the Geek Squad. They take toooo long to do anything and are just too expensive. So, I try not and and use them at all.....

    The geek had to get a lesson on how to use my remote! Then he couldn't update my system for it to play new bluerays! I was very disappointed.

    I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GRADE THIS ONE. SO FAR I HAVE HAD NO HELP!!!!!! I PURCHASED THE SERVICE, THINKING I WOULD GET HELP WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER. THE LAST TIME I TRIED A RECORDING SAID I WAS THE 92ND IN LINE AFTER HOLDING ON FOR A LONG TIME. I FINALLY GAVE UP AND GOT HELP FROM ANOTHER SERVICE. SO, I AM DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T WANT TO GRADE BUT THIS PAGE WILL NOT GO FURTHER UNLESS I PUT SOMETHING DOWN.

    I think i got taken advantage of and as a disabled veteran I shocked with their actions and think that folks need to be fired. I think they screwed up my laptop but don't want to go back. I guess I will pay someone to look at it and make sure it is set up correctly.

    My Webroot was not transferred from old laptop to new laptop and my photos and vids weren't installed until I called and let tech install over the phone.

    I had no issue installing this product on my own. I had asked that the techs help me get it set up where everything would be ready for me to start using. The techs didn’t seem to know to much about how to set it up and I was there for hours. When it was all said and done nothing I hadn’t already done myself had been accomplished and with nothing further having been accomplished I was still expected to pay them. I was not satisfied with this service at all.

    They took advantage of me being Dyslexic. I just started feeling comfortable enough to say outloud i have a learning disability...but not anymore. Thank goodness i had my paperwork, but was still taken advantage of in the end.

    in store service was poor. not all files transferred. intake person gave impression squad would do as little as possible both on check in and pick up. unfortunately impression was too close to accurate. would recommend phone squad only.

    Nice people who are not staffed well enough to keep up with demand. It took a month to not resolve my issues. Tomorrow never came as that's what I was told every time I came in. Don't even try to call the hotline. No one from the store will answer and voicemail madness.

    I was not satisfied with service I had new install and when picked it up I asked to show me how it works The tech said same as other and I asked if everything installed when I got home no Norton on it Microsoft or chrome very upset I bought this so my computer was ready to go spent hours on tech support was not happy

    I had to return to BEST BUY to have WORD and EXCEL installed correctly. There was a problem with the initial install.

    After installing Microsoft365 in my old and new Microsoft computer, Outlook mail does not work on either device. I returned the new computer but am left without Outlook mail which tech support was unable to repair.

    printer knocked offline

    When Best Buy installed Windows 10 on my computer my printer was knocked offline and I haven't been able to get it to work again. I tried talking to the Geek Squad, I have a membership for a year, but they were no help in getting my printer to work again. I am thinking of cancelling my Geek Squad membership and am very dissatisfied.
