Had to go elsewhere to fix problem

Agent did not resolve my problem after describing in great detail my concerns.

Not Happy

Samantha didn’t know she had to install the Microsoft program after she had downloaded it. Then told me I had bought the wrong program and needed to spend another $250 more to get Outlook on my laptop. WRONG!!!

Please do not have your manager call and tell me when I can bring the laptop in again. That was totally worthless for an older man who has pulmonary fibrosis.
