Geek Squad updated my MacBook Pro!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad updated my 2012 MacPro to Sonoma, which, at the time was the newest version of Apple, before the latest version was realeased. It works great. Im able to attend my Undergraduate classes now as they required a newer Macbook pro to access the curriculum.

GEEK SQUAD TRIED!!!

When I went to store to pick up , found this was not true, spent another two hours at store with very helpful Geek squad people to get everything (I thought) transferred and installed and passwords installed. Nothing was said about any problems with transferring my Bookkeeping program to new computer. I get home and NO BOOKKEEPING program. This is Tuesday March 12. Did no one check out computer--the dvd door on front of computer will not open.
